This past Friday, ClearSource leadership reviewed results from Q4 and the 2017 year in total, while planning for success in Q1 of 2018.
The meeting, held in the Sandy, Utah office, covered a variety of wins for the growing organization during the past months and year. Among them, reduced operational labor costs, the opening of the new HQ building in Pleasant Grove, Utah, and recognition as an Inc 500 honoree for the 3rd straight year were among the topics spotlighted.
Those in attendance heard presentations from some of the ClearSource executive team. Eric Dahl, Vice President of Operations, challenged the leaders to be more brave in the upcoming year, stating “discomfort is required to lead”. Nate Spears, Chief Customer Officer, spoke on a culture of respect and transparency that can nourish the agents on ClearSource floors. Finally, Rob Goeller, CEO, spoke pertaining to championship athletes, their common traits, and how effective coaching and slight modifications can make the difference between average and exceptional.
Also following tradition, Mr. Spears awarded selected leaders with Clear Hero awards. The Clear Hero award, awarded to peer nominated leaders, are given to those who best embrace the five core values of the company. The winners were presented with a framed certificate and were recognized for the efforts they displayed to earn the awards.
Regarding the meeting overall, Mr. Dahl stated “This was a terrific opportunity to reflect of the immense growth we experienced during the past quarter, and the 2017 year. As we parlay lessons we’ve learned into, what we believe, will be the strongest year ever for ClearSource, this meeting was the perfect launch into those expectations.”
ClearSource will regroup again in April to recap Q1, and to plan ahead for the remaining 2018 quarters.
