Rob Goeller brings over 20 years of experience building strong customer relationships for well-known brands like BMW, Fidelity, Harley-Davidson, REI, AAA, and Korean Airlines. His work focused on driving customer loyalty and engagement through co-branded credit card programs, helping companies create deeper, lasting connections with their customers.

After working alongside Nate Spears at BMW, Rob saw the same gap in the BPO industry: too many companies were cutting corners on customer experience in the name of saving money. Together, they co-founded ClearSource with a bold mission—to raise the bar for Business Process Outsourcing by delivering what they call The Exceptional Customer Experience.

For more than 15 years, Rob has helped shape ClearSource’s strategy and culture, always keeping one thing at the center: people. His vision has never wavered—happy customers, supported teams, and partnerships built on trust.
