Doug DeBolt serves as ClearSource’s Chief Business Officer, driving innovation and enhancement across the contact center industry with over 20 years of proven expertise in customer experience optimization. His career trajectory from early roles at America Online and West Corporation to Senior Vice President at Liveops equipped him with deep insights into scalable BPO solutions, virtual workforces, and revenue-generating client partnerships.

Based in the Omaha metropolitan area and a University of Nebraska-Lincoln alumnus, Doug joined ClearSource in February 2025 to accelerate commercial growth for enterprises. At Liveops, Doug led transformative initiatives in on-demand contact centers, delivering flexible, onshore agent models that boosted client sales and service outcomes amid evolving market demands.

This hands-on leadership honed his ability to align commercial strategy with operational excellence, consistently achieving 20-35% improvements in client acquisition and retention through targeted outsourcing innovations.
