Based in the Omaha metropolitan area and a University of Nebraska-Lincoln alumnus, Doug joined ClearSource in February 2025 to accelerate commercial growth for enterprises. At Liveops, Doug led transformative initiatives in on-demand contact centers, delivering flexible, onshore agent models that boosted client sales and service outcomes amid evolving market demands.
