Before graduating from the University of Utah in 2020, Austin got his start at ClearSource in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative. Since then, his passion for ClearSource has only grown. Austin started as an agent and progressed quickly to Team Lead, Operations Manager, Head of Operations, and Director of Client Success, before starting his current role as VP of Operations. Austin has earned every promotion through hard work and living one of the company’s core values, Humble Courage.
