Customer Service Representative – Work from Home – Monday through Friday Schedule

 

Starting at $16.00/hour and bonus opportunities up to $1.00 per hour!

Our team of top-notch representatives assists customers with instructions, replacement parts, or just explaining how to cook the best ribs.

 

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

 

Wage: $16.00 / hour and bonus potential of an additional $1.00 per hour

 

Where: Work from home except for 1 week training held at 8871 Sandy Pkwy #150, Sandy, UT.

 

Requirements 

  • Curious – you like to take things apart and find out how they work
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Able to work efficiently on a computer
  • Type a minimum of 40 WPM with minimal grammatical errors
  • Open availability – BBQ magic happens on evenings, weekends, and holidays!
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • 1-2 years customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Passion for cooking and barbecuing is a plus!
  • Wifi savvy
  • One week of training will be in office (socially distanced of course!) to get some hands on training with the product you’ll support

  • Dial-up, satellite, and wireless connections are NOT permitted. * Internet connection must be a wired connection to your computer (wireless not permitted).
